Exchanges:
If you receive a defective product or wish to exchange your item, we’re here to help! You can exchange your product within 14 days of purchase, but only in the case of a manufacturing defect.

- Deliver the replacement item and pick up the original at the same time, or
- Pick up the original item first, followed by the replacement item.

Returns and Refunds:
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect, you can return it for a refund. The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

Item Condition:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
